This Privacy Policy explains what information SIGNAL IPTV (“SIGNAL”, “we”) collects when you use the website signaliptv.world, the web player at play.signaliptv.world and the SIGNAL apps, and how we use it.
1. What SIGNAL is
SIGNAL is a media player. We do not provide, host or sell TV channels or other content through the player. You add playlists yourself.
2. Information we collect
- Playlists and settings. Playlist links, files, Xtream Codes logins, favorites and settings are stored on your device. If you create an optional account and turn on sync, they are stored on our server so you can use them on your other devices.
- Account data. If you register: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Technical data. Our servers and our CDN provider (Cloudflare) process IP addresses and basic request data to deliver the service and protect it from abuse. Server logs are kept for a limited time.
- Contact. If you email us, we keep your message to answer it.
We do not track what you watch, we do not sell personal data and we do not show ads.
3. How we use information
To run and improve SIGNAL, to sync your data when you ask us to, to answer support requests, to keep the service secure and to meet legal obligations.
4. Streams you play
When you play a stream, your device connects directly to the server in your playlist. That server is operated by your provider, not by us, and its own privacy policy applies.
5. Cookies and local storage
The website and web player use local storage and essential cookies to remember your settings and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Data retention and deletion
Account and sync data are kept until you delete your account. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by writing to [email protected].
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to use these rights.
8. Children
SIGNAL is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
